Andrew has over three decades of experience in high-level restructuring and turnaround roles, including within the partnerships of BDO and Kroll Zolfo Cooper, and at Hilco Capital as COO.

His focus is on preserving and increasing enterprise value on behalf of clients in a variety of innovative ways, bringing with him his extensive experience in previous roles as advisor, chairman, investor and lender.

Experience

Andrew has recently been the Chief Executive Officer at a UK family office. He has also acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for several large businesses. In addition, Andrew recently held the role of President of the Turnaround Management Association, a 10,000-member global organisation that focuses on corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health.

Notable achievements

Over the years, Andrew has acted for many household-name businesses, including House of Fraser, Jessops, Habitat, Woolworths and HMV. He has a particular interest in saving and improving stressed businesses before they hit the point of “no return”.

Professional qualifications/memberships

Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Insolvency Practitioner licence.
