Experience

Mark is a partner in the transaction services team which advises private equity firms, corporate clients, banks and family offices. He provides financial due diligence, SPA advice, valuations and financial modelling in respect of acquisitions and refinancings.

He joined S&W in May 2018 from PwC where he focused on mid-market private equity, providing buy side and vendor due diligence services. He has significant experience in assessing historical and projected financial performance, key business drivers, working capital and carve out issues. He works across a range of sectors with deep sector expertise in industrial products, business services, waste management and has deal experience in media, technology, retail, consumer, financial services, healthcare, resources and property.

  • As well as UK, extensive cross-border expertise in Europe, US, Asia and South America
  • Wide range of PE clients served, with deal sizes mainly from £5m to £500m.
