He advises clients on all aspects of “Digital Trust” encompassing Technology, Data, Cyber, Privacy and AI. He has extensive knowledge and experience of developing and implementing regulatory change and compliance monitoring programmes, as well as handling regulatory issues.
Experience
Mark has spent the last twenty years advising and guiding clients through complex challenges in these topic areas. His passion lies in ensuring clients possess the digital protection and resilience required to protect their value and trust in their brand. After spending his early career working in technology and telco companies, Mark spent a decade in Big 4 risk consulting and legal practices, advising clients on all manner of cyber security and data protection issues.
Prior to joining S&W Mark spent three years founding and leading the cyber security and data protection consulting practice of a global law firm.
