Nick has extensive experience of managing assurance teams for a range of financial services and professional practice clients, including investment and wealth managers, brokers, proprietary traders, corporate finance houses, law firms and professional practices.
He also has significant experience in regulatory assignments, providing advice to clients in relation to capital adequacy reporting requirements, client asset reporting, corporate governance reviews, assisting with the delivery of s.166 skilled person reports and solicitors accounts rules reporting.
