Sid Welham MBE is the Chief Operating Officer at S&W and leads the firm’s Operations, Marketing and DTS teams.
Experience
Prior to joining S&W he spent five years as COO of HFW, an international law firm that has undergone considerable transformation and growth and eight years at KPMG fulfilling a number of operational and programme management roles.
Sid had a first career of nearly 20 years as an officer in the British Army, working in strategic headquarters and deploying globally.
