S&W appoints Liliana Solomon as Chief Financial Officer

Liliana brings extensive financial leadership experience across international, private equity-backed and regulated organisations. Most recently, she served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Waystone, following a five year tenure as Group CFO at Awaze.

Alongside her executive roles, she has held a number of non executive directorships, including at OMIO (formerly GoEuro), Metro Cash & Carry and Trustly.

Liliana succeeds Andrew Baddeley, who will retire from the business in September. Between now and then, Andrew and Liliana will work closely together to oversee a comprehensive handover, ensuring a smooth and well managed transition.
