Andrew has been working in forensic services since 2016, with a particular focus on disputes both in litigation and international arbitration, and has a wide variety of sector experience including property, retail, aviation, construction, transport and logistics, and energy.
Experience
Andrew’s recent cases include acting as expert in a High Court matter in a shareholder dispute on behalf of minority shareholders in a national high court enforcement and debt collection business, and producing expert reports in relation to an LCIA matter on behalf of a European claimant involving alleged loss profits resulting from the early termination of a supply agreement for biomass products.
