Experience
Ashley is an Associate Director in the R&D Incentives Advisory team. He has extensive experience advising a wide range of businesses, from pre-trading start-ups to FTSE 100 firms, across multiple sectors in the UK and Europe. He works closely with clients to develop a robust process that maximises the incentives available to them while ensuring risk is mitigated. He has a particular focus on the technology, manufacturing, renewables and construction sectors.

Pillar Two side-by-side package released by OECD and what this means
The UK is to adopt a Pillar Two side-by-side package in the next Finance Bill, following a technical consultation, with some changes applying for accounting periods beginning on or after 1 January 2026.
