Fenton joined the Firm in 2024 and leads the Debt & Capital Advisory practice that provides independent, conflict free advice to a wide range of public and private mid-market companies. 

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and an Affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Notable client work and achievements

Joining from Deloitte, where he was a Partner responsible for the expansion of a successful debt and capital advisory team, and with more than 30 years of experience, Fenton has led significant Board level client relationships, advised on over £20 billion of debt facilities across the U.K., Europe and the U.S. and served a broad range of public and private companies.
