Experience
Julie joined S&W in January 2025 after spending 15 years at Big 4 and Top 10 accountancy firms. Julie leads our Employment Tax team in the North and is our national technical lead on National Minimum Wage (NMW). Her work involves advising clients on how to manage their employment costs whilst mitigating employment tax and NMW risk areas.
Julie has experience of supporting both large corporates and public sector bodies through HMRC Employer Duties audits as well as supporting clients with reviewing their flexible workforce structures, strategies and IR35 processes.
