Kelly Morgan specialises in advising individuals on a range of personal tax matters. She has a particular interest in succession planning, which includes advising on Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. She also advises on trusts, land and property disposals and provides advice to individuals on exiting or selling a business.

Kelly has experience across various aspects of private client tax. She particularly enjoys advising on Capital Gains Tax and the availability of reliefs such as gift holdover, business asset disposal relief and principal private residence relief. Kelly has spent much of her career to date advising on Trusts and Estates and has excellent relationships with other private client professionals across the region. She advises individuals on setting up trusts as well as trustees on their ongoing obligations. Kelly is often referred work relating to complex deceased estates.

Kelly was awarded the Jennings Medal in 2012 by the Association of Taxation Technicians for the highest mark in the Business Tax and Accounting Principles paper.
