Mike is an experienced Transfer Pricing professional who has a track record of providing high quality advice which is both technical and practical. Michael’s primary specialism is transfer pricing policy design, helping to ensure businesses are both compliant with their transfer pricing obligations, whilst also seeking to help optimise their tax position.
Mike has worked with a wide variety of businesses across a range of industries, from fast growth companies through to well established, global groups., and his broader technical grounding enables him to acts as a strong sounding board for clients across a wide range of international tax matters.
Notable client work & achievements
Mike co-founded the Transfer Pricing team and has led a variety of significant client engagements. This has included acting as the client lead on the team's largest account, managing their global transfer pricing compliance, all the way through to supporting a large number of fast growth businesses on their transfer pricing journey.
Mike builds a strong rapport with his clients to ensure that a balance is found between technical certainty, and commercial pragmatism, making him a valuable advisor to businesses across all sectors.
