Natalie specialises in advising companies on management equity, cash incentives, and broader remuneration matters, with a particular focus on tax efficiency, design, and implementation.

Areas of particular expertise include:

• Management equity incentives
• Tax-efficient reward structures, including HMRC tax-advantaged arrangements such as EMI and CSOP
• Implementation and operation of management share incentive structures
• Online share plan reporting and annual returns
• Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
