Prior to joining S&W Nick spent 17 years working in the mid market division of a Big 4 firm working in both the Audit and Financial Due Diligence departments. With a deep understanding of the complexities faced by dynamic, fast-scaling businesses, Nick supports clients in navigating financial reporting challenges, governance requirements and transaction readiness.
