Prior to joining Evelyn Partners, Olivier worked at EY, where he was an associate partner in the London valuation team in charge of financial reporting and intangible assets valuations. Before moving to the UK, Olivier worked at PwC in Paris. Olivier has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and is a specialist in intellectual property valuations involving complex transactions including asset restructuring, carve-out and internal reorganisation for tax, accounting and commercial purposes. Over the past 15 years, Olivier has developed extensive experience in TMT particularly in the media and technology sectors. However, his valuation experience also covers a broad range of industries (consumer products, transport/infrastructure, financial services and energy.
