Paul is a highly experienced transaction advisory professional, with over 30 years’ experience advising private equity funds, institutional investors and corporate clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to multinational organisations. His expertise spans a wide range of strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs, restructurings and refinancings.

Experience

Prior to joining S&W, Paul led the transaction advisory services business at Kroll, where he built and scaled a successful, multi-disciplinary team over a seven-year period. He has over 20 years’ experience operating at Partner level at EY and Grant Thornton. His experience spans the mid-market through to large-cap private equity and corporate clients. Paul’s sector experience extends across industrials, aerospace and defence, fintech, energy, technology, telecoms, healthcare, consumer, and services.
