Rob specialises in leading audits of large and medium-sized multinational groups and privately owned businesses. He has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality audits, developing high-performing teams and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
He enjoys working closely with management teams and audit committees, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice that helps businesses navigate change, manage risk and achieve their strategic objectives, while delivering high-quality, independent audit assurance.
Experience
Rob has close to 20 years' experience advising and auditing multinational, FTSE-listed, AIM-listed and privately owned businesses across a broad range of sectors, including consumer markets, engineering and construction.
Having spent more than 18 years with a Big Four firm prior to joining S&W in 2026, Rob brings extensive cross-sector expertise and a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Rob has extensive technical expertise across audit and assurance, financial reporting (including IFRS and UK GAAP), internal controls, and corporate governance, advising both privately owned and listed businesses.
He is committed to delivering high-quality audits while helping clients navigate complex financial reporting, governance and regulatory challenges through practical, commercially focused advice.
