Rob provides valuation services for a wide range of purposes, including accounting valuations, such as share options for share-based payment calculations and intangible valuations in purchase price allocations. In addition he provides share valuations for various tax purposes, including for group restructures, management incentive schemes or post-tax valuation checks.
He also provides expertise in commercial valuation work, to help resolve shareholder disputes and to provide insight to aid negotiations.
