Sam leads on the provision of audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, including technology, media, real estate, haulage and construction.
Sam works with a number of international, entrepreneurial and high growth clients. As a result, she has significant experience with businesses that are navigating change, including acquisitions and disposals, restructure, fundraises and internal transformation.
Experience
Sam has over 14 years' experience in the audit and assurance team at S&W.
During this time, Sam has also led the Financial Reporting team and played a key role in recent M&A activity, most notably in the integration of audit and outsourcing teams.
Sam is experienced in the provision of audit and financial reporting services under both UK GAAP and IFRS and acts as group and component auditor to a number of clients with an international presence.
