Shuab Kunwar is a Partner in our R&D Tax Incentives team. Having led the software R&D tax team at both KPMG and EY prior to joining Evelyn Partners and with an IT industry background, he has fifteen years’ experience successfully delivering IT/software R&D tax claims. 

Experience

He has advised a wide range of clients across many industries and sectors, including technology, media, telecoms, financial services, logistics, retail, automotive, construction, oil and gas and manufacturing, on how best to secure R&D tax credits for their eligible software development activities. 

He possesses significant experience in supporting clients with capturing eligible costs by identifying both obvious and non-obvious areas of R&D while minimising both the risk of HMRC challenge and the amount of time that will need to be spent on the R&D claim process.
