Simon is a qualified accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner who has been working in the restructuring space for over 20 years. Simon's experience includes secondments to two high street lenders.

Simon has dealt with several companies under FCA regulation including the sale of a regulated company as part of a restructuring and formal appointments over regulated entities and those on the fringes of the regulatory perimeter.
Simon is currently Administrator to an Oil & Gas holding company with subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, and has also acted in an advisory capacity to an AIM listed Oil & Gas business.
In the distress advisory space, Simon has a track record of assisting boards to navigate their companies away from insolvency, including supporting the board in negotiations with creditors and other stakeholders. Simon has led independent business reviews of businesses across a range of sectors for lenders and other stakeholders.
