Stuart works with a number of owner managed businesses helping them with their growth strategy and future exit planning. Stuart has a particular focus on management incentives including share incentivisation. in addition, Stuart works with a number of private equity clients and partnerships at both a corporate and individual level. 

Experience

Stuart has been with S&W for nearly 18 years, starting out in the accounts department before moving to tax. Stuart has focused on advising on all areas of tax for owner managed business clients for the last 15 years.

Notable client work & achievements

Stuart has worked with one of our FTSE100 clients for a number of years and oversees the delivery of work for this client. Stuart has recently assisted with a company sale to a US buyer, working with our client through the sale process and advising on various personal and corporate tax matters.
