Navigating business relief: a webinar for UK businesses and their owners, in partnership with Family Business UK
Join our topical webinar to hear S&W’s experts and Neil Davey, CEO of Family Business UK, discuss the impact on businesses, the current state of play and how best to prepare. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions.
The full impact of changes to business property relief (BPR) and agricultural property relief (APR) for UK family businesses is far reaching and affects every sector, according to a recent report by Family Business UK.*
Already, the implications are being felt:
- Over 60% of family businesses are cutting investment – many significantly. Over half have done so since the Spring Budget
- Nearly one in four have already cut jobs
- Many are considering downsizing, selling or withdrawing support for community or charity investments
