Experience
Dhiresh and his team joined S&W in November 2025, establishing further depth within the firm’s technology and data consulting capabilities. Dhiresh built upon a 20-year career in financial services, where he successfully led large operations teams, group/industry wide transformation and regulatory programmes, and complex technology functions.
With deep expertise in business architecture and technology, he works with organisations to deliver strategic change while maintaining cost efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
His experience spans Board-level advisory and hands-on delivery, enabling clients to transform and grow, comply with regulatory demands, integrate post-merger operations, exit markets efficiently, and respond to external challenges.

Dhiresh has worked with a broad range of clients to help them:
- Transform & Grow: Led several major platform upgrades and legacy technology modernisation programmes.
- Regulate & Comply: Directed large-scale regulatory programmes such as Basel 3.1 and delivered company-wide records management and technical debt resolution initiatives to meet critical compliance requirements.
- Merge / Acquire / Integrate: Enabled the acquisition of a global claims management firm through technology and operational integration, ensuring improvement to customer and colleague experience.
- Outsource / Exit: Managed the wind-down of IT and Operations of a large banking institution, ring-fencing and archiving data for regulatory compliance while minimising ongoing technology expenditure.
- Respond: Rapidly mobilised tactical lending solutions during the pandemic to maintain customer service continuity, and drive government support initiatives such as CBILs/BBILs.
