Felicity has over 30 years' experience of working with private clients, including individuals and their trusts. Her particular focus is on non-domiciled and/or non-resident individuals and their associated UK and offshore trusts.

Notable client work and achievements

Felicity frequently advises individuals moving to and from the UK on complying with UK tax requirements and ensuring that their tax affairs are structured efficiently.
With established UK families, the emphasis is on planning for passing wealth to the next generation including the use of family trusts (both onshore and offshore).
