Experience

Jonathan is a partner in the transaction services team which advises private equity firms, corporate clients, banks and family offices. He provides financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and SPA advice in respect of acquisitions and refinancings.

He joined Evelyn in November 2022 from Quantuma where he focused on lower mid-market private equity, providing buy side and vendor due diligence services.

Prior to that he was a partner in PwC’s transaction services team. He worked with PwC in London, Eastern Europe and the middle east.

He has significant experience in assessing historical and projected financial performance, key business drivers, working capital and carve out issues. He has deal experience across a range of sectors including business services, data centres, telecoms, media, technology, retail and consumer.

Jonathan has worked on over 100 private equity backed transactions.

In addition to the UK, Jonathan has extensive cross-border expertise including Western and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Wide range of clients served, with deal sizes from £5m to £1 billion plus.

Jonathan is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
