Notable achievements

Assisting several clients through the sale of their businesses to maximise the consideration achieved and minimise the risks of subsequent liability accordingly

Completing an assignment in Canada to prepare a turnaround business report for a subsidiary, which was later sold to a household brand

Acting as interim financial controller for a client during a critical period where staff resource shortages and cash flow difficulties presented before investment by a LSE listed company

Acting as interim financial controller for a client for a 15 month period and successfully leading the negotiations for the sale of the company for an eight figure sum
