He has deep expertise with corporate, private equity and financial investors, ranging from funds, fund managers to family offices on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, structuring of UK and cross-border transactions and the repatriation of funds. Kersten also gets involved in the refinancing and optimisation of property portfolios.

- the set-up & financing of a London luxury hotel for an international hotel group
- the acquisition diligence and structuring of several high-value London office properties
- the set-up of an international real estate fund to invest into care homes as well as the acquisition of care homes across the UK and Ireland
