Laura is a French qualified lawyer and a UK (non-practising) solicitor, specialised in mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) tax. She joined Evelyn Partners after more than 9 years of experience of advising on transactions for private equity houses and corporates.

At EY and Deloitte, Laura has assisted leading the M&A tax side of corporate and mid-market private equity transactions mainly by providing tax due diligence and tax structuring advice.
