Peter current focus in London is supporting entrepreneurs on their business journey with tax planning, structuring for their businesses and shareholder transaction support during exits and funding rounds to ensure tax efficiency.

Leading the tax advisory services to the founders of Byte and the minority shareholders on the collaboration with Dept.

Byte, which has offices in London, Berlin and New York, is a Sunday Times Tech Track 100 company that specialises in advertising campaigns, AR, automation and chatbots. The agency’s long-term clients included Spotify, ASOS and Just Eat Takeaway. In 2020, Byte grew its global revenue by 20% following the addition of a number of high-growth clients to its roster, including TikTok, Twitch and Zoopla.

Dept is an international digital agency that works with brands including BOSE, Mizuno and Patagonia and has 27 offices around the world.

Advising the founders and minority shareholders of Marmalade the car insurer on their merger with Atlanta Group.
