Shoaib is a Senior Manager in our Capital Incentives Advisory team. He has 10 years of experience advising clients across most sectors, with a specialism in real estate having previously worked for the property company Savills and Deloitte before then. This experience has given Shoaib a strong understanding into the property lifecycle and the applicability of capital incentives at each stage.

Shoaib's recent experience includes advising a Bahraini family office on their capital spend programme for their London property portfolio as well as assisting them with the structuring of capital allowances around both property acquisitions and disposals.
