What you can expect

Partnership is at the heart of everything we do. If you join our Accountancy programme, you’ll benefit from our dynamic, collaborative culture that gives you the space to learn, grow and excel – and gain the skills, knowledge and qualifications you need to become a world-class accountant.

As part of our Business Outsourcing Services team, you’ll work with clients and their finance teams or bookkeepers to help them manage year-end accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting software support. You’ll build valuable client experience with the opportunity to work with a huge range of clients, from established giants and cutting-edge start-ups to family businesses and not-for-profits – providing services, advice and solutions that can really make a difference.

The day-to-day

As your experience grows, learning from and working with senior managers within our team, you may have opportunities to take part in other ad hoc assignments that our clients request our help with, such as; one-off software implementation projects, cloud accounting software ‘health-checks’ or client secondments to assist their finance function. You’ll also receive internal training from the professional services learning and development team to ensure your skillset is as wide-ranging and comprehensive as possible.
