Neurodiversity and women in business

Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking session designed specifically for women in business. This session opens up an honest conversation about neurodiversity - what it really means, why it matters and how it shapes the working lives of women across different life stages.

Time & Location

This interactive session is designed especially for women in business who want to understand neurodiversity and how it shows up at different stages of our lives and careers. Together, we’ll explore:

  • What neurodiversity really means (beyond the buzzwords)
  • The strengths neurodivergent thinkers bring to the workplace and the challenges that can get in the way
  • Why so many girls and young women go under the radar and miss out on a diagnosis until later in life
  • How key lifestages, like early career and study, parenting, perimenopause and menopause, can change how neurodivergence feels and shows up day to day

This isn’t a lecture; it’s a conversation. Bring your questions, your experiences and your curiosity. You’ll leave with a better understanding of colleagues, clients and even yourself, as well as how we can all work together in a more inclusive way.
