As part of S&W’s partnership with the Sunday Times 100 Awards, Amanda Grace, Director of corporate client services, took a ride with Outstanding Achievement Award shortlisted Olivia Jenkins & Jack Zambakides, co-founders of D.Louise – the jewellery brand that endures everyday wear.

Set out to honour Olivia’s mum, D.Louise began in 2021 as a tribute to Deborah Louise, quickly becoming a purpose-driven business with a loyal following. From a side hustle to a projected $11.5M brand, the journey has been anything but ordinary.

Olivia and co-founder Jack have built their success on storytelling, grit and “delusional optimism" – a belief in their vision even when the odds were stacked against them. Named Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and backed by Gymshark’s former CEO, they’ve combined credibility with creativity to scale fast. D.Louise is now known for timeless, affordable jewellery designed to last, making luxury feel accessible.

Watch the video to hear from the founders themselves as they reflect on grief, growth and the relentless focus that got them here.
