S&W strengthens business tax offering with new Director appointment in Manchester

Caroline joins S&W from Vita, where she led all group tax matters, including the acquisition and funding of development sites, international expansion (Spain, India, UAE, US), securing over £2bn in blue-chip debt, and completing disposals worth more than £1.5bn. She was also previously Tax Director at Grant Thornton LLP, where she specialised in transaction taxes across the North West region.

Caroline brings extensive experience in business transformation and operational excellence, having worked with a wide range of clients across sectors to deliver scalable solutions and drive performance. Caroline will now focus on expanding the firm’s regional presence and tax offering.
