Experience

Adrian has over 20 years working in tax (primarily transfer pricing) both as an advisor and in-house specialist at FTSE100 companies. More recently he has focused on process implementation for tax.

He is an industry leader in the successful implementation of transfer pricing processes policies, including:

  • Data improvements – ERP extraction, data simplification, workflow optimisation, reconciliation optimisation
  • Calculation and reporting – model risk reviews, process mapping, process manuals, calculation optimisation, calculation automation
  • Controls and evidence – RACI, change management, evidence capture, SOX and SAO
  • Integration – with other tax processes, other business analysis, management performance metrics
