Alan is an experienced Associate Director providing audit services to a range of corporate clients ranging from owner managed and private equity backed business to subsidiaries of listed groups and AIM listed groups.
Experience
Alan has over 20 years of audit experience supporting dynamic and fast-growing companies, often with an international element across a range of sectors but with particular experience of companies operating in service sectors, manufacturing and distribution. Alan has Responsible Individual status and performs this role for a number of businesses whilst still managing a number of the larger clients of the department.
Notable client work and achievements
Alan has experience of a diverse range of complex audit and accounting challenges (mid year acquisitions with subsequent carve-outs, complex loan note accounting and deferred tax conundrums) and puts audit quality at the heart of everything he does, whilst trying to find pragmatic yet compliant solutions to problems as they arise.
