Britney is an experienced Audit Director passionate about providing value and building lasting relationships to support clients throughout their strategic journey. She works with both UK and international groups from start-ups to large, listed companies, yet her focus on service and delivery allows clients to receive tailored solutions for their business.
Experience
Britney has experience in both IFRS and UK GAAP financial reporting. Britney specialises in international and private- equity backed businesses operating in the mid-market. She works closely with high-growth companies across a range of industries including technology, energy, recruitment, media, and professional services.
Prior to joining S&W, Britney spent 10 years at a top 6 firm in both London (UK) and Miami (US) working on large, complex international groups (listed and/or privately held). Britney began her audit career in the US where she obtained her Certified Public Accountant license and worked with clients in various industries and sectors. She also gained experience auditing under the US GAAP framework and audited under AICPA and PCAOB standards.
