Caroline is Chief People Officer at S&W and was previously HR Director at Evelyn Partners, with responsibility for the firm’s people strategy within the professional services division. Prior to joining Evelyn Partners, Caroline was Chief People Officer at AXA Global Healthcare.
During her career, Caroline has worked in HR roles across the technology, insurance and professional services industry. She has experience of transformational delivery within complex global operating and private equity organisations.
Caroline has an MA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Caroline is a member of the Professional Services Executive Team.
