Charlotte has a broad range of experience from provision of corporate tax compliance and governance services to tax advisory, restructuring and transaction services. Charlotte’s particular specialism is in providing business advisory and transaction support services to fast growth companies/groups who are looking to grow both domestically and internationally, and businesses working towards an exit event.

Charlotte has over 12 years of experience in advising on business tax matters. In particular she has extensive experience working with financial services and multinational groups having spent over 2 years working in the in-house tax team at Bank of America, and 10 working in practice.
