Charlotte’s particular specialism is in providing business advisory and transaction support services to fast growth companies or groups looking to grow both domestically and internationally, and businesses working towards an exit event.

Charlotte has over 12 years of experience advising on business tax matters. In particular, she has extensive experience working with financial services and multinational groups, having spent over two years working in the in-house tax team at Bank of America, and ten years working in practice.
