Ed has over 10 years of valuation experience, notably for accounting, commercial and tax purposes.

Since joining Evelyn Partners from KPMG in 2016, he has prepared accounting valuations including intangible valuations in purchase price allocations, determining IBRs for IFRS 16, supported dozens of clients with impairment reviews and share option valuations. 

Other valuations include tax valuations for IHT and CGT purposes, EMI and growth share valuations, as well as valuations for cross-border IP transfer.
