
Edward works mainly in the field of international private client tax, including advising individuals and families coming to and leaving the UK. He has over 20 years of experience working with Private Clients on their tax affairs.
Experience
Edward advises on the taxation of offshore trusts and property, including the implementation and restructuring of complex multi-jurisdictional family wealth holding vehicles. He also has considerable experience of handling tax investigations and making offshore disclosures to HM Revenue & Customs.
Notable achievements
Edward looks after a diverse range of clients from non-doms and entrepreneurs to musicians and writers, public figures, and from landed estates to crypto traders and influencers.
Professional qualifications/memberships
Edward is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation's Succession Taxes technical committee. He sits on the ICAEW Private Client Committee and is a member of the Addington Society.
