Experience

Emma provides financial reporting and accounting advice to a variety of clients, which include listed and non-listed businesses and household names, across a wide range of sectors.

Emma has assisted her clients in the preparation of technical accounting memos for transaction-led events such as acquisitions, group reorganisations and refinancing, provision of impact assessments and implementation support for new accounting standards.

Emma has an in-depth knowledge of FRS 102, IFRS and Company Law and has significant experience of working as part of cross-functional teams with Transaction Services, Valuations, Tax and Audit both internally and directly with her clients’ advisors.

Emma is fluent in German and French, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. She previously spent 6 months at our former network firm in Germany.
