Emma has over 10 years’ experience in private client taxation. Her client base includes professional practices and partners of those firms, high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

  • Among her clients are firms and partners in different professions including solicitors, patent and trademark attorneys, architects and FCA-regulated businesses.
  • Emma has provided tax advice on a variety of projects including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and office moves.
  • She also co-ordinates the affairs for a number of family groups encompassing personal tax, LLPs, companies and trusts.
