
Jamie specialises in advising owner managers and entrepreneurs in all aspect of corporate finance, from startup to exit. He has a specific focus on M&A across a multitude of sectors, including TMT, manufacturing, food and leisure, and is well connected within both the private equity and debt communities in the lower- to mid-market.
Experience
Jamie has over 20 years experience in CF. Prior to joining S&W, Jamie had worked in the M&A and private equity teams at Baker Tilly, RSM and Moore Stephens, as well as running his own practice. Before specializing in corporate finance, Jamie had also worked in equities trading at both Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Recent transactions include the sales of Gilbert’s Foods, International Model Management and Bonds Worldwide Logistics, as well the acquisition of Vatic Healthcare and the MBO of Knight Roadworks.
