Katherine is the Head of Business Tax - Regions at S&W in Bristol who has over 15 years experience advising companies and business owners, including 5 years working in corporate tax at a Big Four firm.

Katherine’s experience spans a broad range of tax and accounting issues, working with businesses of varying sizes and across all industry sectors. She has specific experience advising on UK corporate tax considerations, global tax compliance issues and providing transaction and structuring advice. This experience renders Katherine well placed to advise and support clients as they aspire to grow and develop their businesses.

Katherine works on various tax assignments including large and small company tax compliance and reporting, providing complex tax advice and delivering support in relation to Corporate Criminal Offence, SAO and Tax Strategy.
