Katherine’s experience spans a broad range of tax and accounting issues, working with businesses of varying sizes and across all industry sectors. She has specific experience advising on UK corporate tax considerations, global tax compliance issues and providing transaction and structuring advice. This experience renders Katherine well placed to advise and support clients as they aspire to grow and develop their businesses.
