Martyn has over 15 years of restructuring and insolvency experience and has dealt with insolvency appointments including pre-pack administrations, trading and non-trading administrations, solvent restructuring, MVLs and CVLs

In addition, Martyn has experience in advising corporate entities in respect of restructuring and undertaking formal business reviews, 

He works closely with a number of alternative and P2P lenders which included a secondment in 2019. The work undertaken with these clients has resulted to national award nominations.

Experience

Extensive experience in assisting charities through difficult wind downs as well as dealing with both solvent and insolvent outcomes. This has included the solvent liquidation of a Royal Charity, a successful pre pack of a national charity and a number of Leisure Trusts with charitable status.

Administration of The Rushes Shopping Centre, Vancouver Quarter Shopping Centre, and Kingsgate Shopping Centre.

Receivership of a site in Poole with planning for 353 apartments, 25,000 sq ft, commercial space, a wharf and marina.

Pre pack administration of a large oil and gas company based out in Kazakhstan.
