Matt is a Chartered Accountant who has worked for over 10 years in the Big Four. He joined S&W in 2008, and now specialises in advising corporate clients on a variety of business tax matters. Matt particularly focuses on clients in the technology, manufacturing and media sectors, and all of his clients have an international aspect to their business

Matt has supported many of his clients on successful transactions, both buy and sell side, including IPOs. Matt has also advised on many international projects which have enabled his clients to grow their businesses internationally.
