Matt has over twelve years of experience in tax and works closely with his clients to ensure their affairs are structured to meet their key objectives. He has a varied client base, advising high net worth individuals, business owners and internationally mobile clients.

Specific areas of expertise include:

  • Family wealth planning and structuring, including the use of Family Investment Companies and Trusts.
  • Business restructuring and succession planning, including incorporations of trading and property investment businesses.
  • Advising individuals coming to or leaving the UK and associated tax planning pre and post arrival/departure.
