Monica has over 17 years of experience in advising individuals and families with substantial wealth on all aspects of tax, from transaction-specific advice to managing their overall tax profile, as part of meeting their personal and business objectives.

She works with a broad range of clients, from fast growth entrepreneurs to well established multi-generational family businesses, helping to make sure that every organisation’s tax strategy supports their commercial objectives. This may involve assisting with acquisitions/disposals, advising on business structuring, shareholder capital value realisation together with a range of personal tax issues for domestic and international clientele.

Experience

Prior to joining S&W, she spent 13 years at PwC and 2.5 years at Grant Thornton in London. Monica is a Chartered Tax Advisor and named Accountant of the Year at the CityWealth Awards 2023.
